原因究明をおこないます。 初期のヒアリングが、障害の早期解決のカギとなります。
障害状況によっては、電話だけで復旧できるケースも多くあり、お客様に与える影響を最小限に抑えます。
オンサイト対応
二次対応(9~21時、平日対応) コールセンターにより切分けられた障害は、必要なユニット、
部材等を装備した社員により、オンサイトで障害復旧をおこないます。
事前に、現地到着までの所要時間(目安)をお伝えし、到着後は即時復旧を目指して解決にあたります。
